Shipping methods

Products are delivered free of charge  within Greece (terms & conditions apply - see below) and to the address you have indicated for purchases over 80 euros, within 5 days by courier or shipping company. For purchases below EUR 80, the delivery charge is EUR 5. You can also receive your orders from our natural store: Eth. Antistaseos 28, Chalandri, 15232.

For shipments that exceed 2m in length as well as products such as plastic / vinyl floors, laminate, deck boards, lawns, professional carpets, shipping (for outside Attica) is free to the transport agency and then done with a transport company to your address . Shipping costs from transport companies are calculated based on the volume & weight of the product. In case you do not know a transport company, we will contact them and inform you of the total cost of transport to the address you have specified. Also, the payment of transport costs is made by the recipient at the time of delivery of the order. Finally, in this case the payment by cash on delivery method is not accepted and the total amount must be paid before shipment.

Shipment within Greece

The shipping cost for orders up to EUR 80 is EUR 5.For order over EUR 80 the shipping is free of charge.

Shipment outside Greece

For shipments to Cyprus or another country within or outside the European Union payment is made by bank transfer, credit card, or Paypal. Please contact our store (210 6847767) to inform you of the exact shipping cost.

Return policy

The customer is obliged upon receipt to unpack and check the products to confirm the absence of external aesthetic defects. In the case where there is a right to refuse receipt of the item and return it to the distributor or to announce aesthetic defects within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of the product directly to our company.

Right of undue withdrawal from the customer

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt. In this case, the customer will only be charged for transport costs.

The customer must file a written and / or electronic re-registration statement within the above space by sending an email to or fax at 2106849164.

The customer must return the product exactly in the state he received, with all the accompanying documents (proof / invoice) and its packaging in excellent condition.

The company is obliged to reimburse immediately after receiving the product the price it has received. The return of the money to the customer will be made in the corresponding way of payment of the product and in consultation with the customer. Especially in the case of credit card debit the company will be obliged to inform the Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will proceed with any transaction provided in accordance with the contract it has drawn up with the customer. Following this information, the company does not bear any responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the settlement regulated by the aforementioned contract. In the case of cash payment, if the customer had chosen the option to "pick up from the store" he would be reimbursed to him from the store where he received the receipt.

Cancellation is NOT  acceptable under the following conditions:

If products have been used or returned damaged or incomplete. The company has the technical means to control the products and reserves the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the status of the products and unilaterally wholly or wholly offset this claim against the customer.

Product Returns due to delivery error

In all cases where other than the sold, by type or quantity, or missing property, which has been previously agreed in writing with the company, the customer returns the products to check and to ascertain the error. In this case the costs of returning the products to the company as well as the costs of returning to the customer are borne by the company provided that the return proposed by the company is respected.

Returns of defective products

Refunds of products that are considered defective upon delivery will be accepted within seven (7) calendar days of delivery to the customer. At the same time, the product should not be damaged and have all the original documents accompanying the product (such as DAT, Retail and so on) and full packaging. In such cases, the following apply:

The product is picked up and checked to determine the defect reported by the customer.

Provided they have been previously omitted and checked by the company, the replacement will be replaced with a new one or, in the case of unavailability, with a new product of the same quality and price, otherwise, if the customer does not wish to be replaced, Refund the original purchase money to the customer. The money is returned in the same way as the customer's initial payment to the company.

The shipping costs for the return of the products to the company and for the return to the customer of the replaced product are borne by the company.

Return to the store personally

Return via courier

Pack the product in its original or other equivalent packaging.

You put a document in the packaging that tells us how you want us to solve the financial issue, as long as the product qualifies for a refund.

Send the parcel through the courier agency from which you received your order. We remind you that the shipping costs are payable by the company in the event of a shipping error or defective product, and in case of unjustified withdrawal and within the above time limits, the customer is charged.
