Delivery & Product returns
Delivery options
Products are delivered free of charge within Greece for orders over €79 and to the address you have indicated within 10 days via courier or shipping company. You can also pick up your orders from our physical store: 28 Ethnikis Antistaseos, Chalandri, 15232, or 45 Marathonos Avenue, Anoixi, 14569.
For orders weighing over 15 kilograms or for large packages exceeding 160 centimeters in length, the order is shipped via a shipping company. Our company covers the cost of shipping to the shipping agency’s warehouses, and then, after consultation, the product is delivered to the address you have specified. In this case, the shipping charges from the shipping company to the recipient’s address are borne by the recipient. Finally, cash on delivery does not apply in the above case.
Delivery to Greece
Our company fully covers the shipping cost of products within Greece for purchases over €79. For purchases below €79, shipping costs €5. In case you choose cash on delivery as the payment method, the cash on delivery cost is free.

Delivery outside Greece

Returns Policy
Right of withdrawal without justification by the customer
The customer must exercise their right of withdrawal in writing and/or electronically within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt by sending an email to info[at]opersis.gr.
The customer must return the product exactly in the condition it was received, along with all the accompanying documents (receipt/invoice) and its packaging in excellent condition. In this case, the customer will only be charged for the shipping costs.
The company is obliged to immediately refund the price it received upon receipt of the product. The refund to the customer will be made in the same payment method used for the product and in consultation with the customer. Especially in the case of payment by credit card, the company will be obliged to inform the Bank of the cancellation of the transaction, and the bank will take any action provided for in the contract it has concluded with the customer. Following this notification, the company bears no responsibility for the time and manner of executing the refund, which is regulated by the aforementioned contract. In the case of cash payment, if the customer had chosen the “in-store pickup” option, the refund will be made to the customer by the store from which the product was picked up.
Withdrawal DOES NOT occur under the following conditions:
If the products have been processed according to desired dimensions, e.g., carpets, rugs.
In cases where the products have been used, returned damaged, or incomplete. The company has the technical means to inspect the products and reserves the right to seek compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and unilaterally proceed to the total or partial offset of its claim against the customer.
Product Returns Due to Delivery Error
In all cases where items are delivered different from those sold, either in kind or quantity, or if a previously agreed-upon property is missing, the customer returns the products for inspection and error verification by the company. In this case, the return costs of the products to the company, as well as the forwarding costs to the customer, are borne by the company, provided that the return method recommended by the company is followed.
Returns of defective products
In accordance with current European legislation, the store bears full responsibility for the sale of the products. All products on our website are covered by the minimum two-year legal guarantee. Within this period, the consumer has the right, if they believe a product is defective or does not correspond to the advertised appearance or function, to return the product to the respective merchant. The merchant then undertakes the process of verifying the customer’s claims. If the product is not found to be defective, it is simply returned to the consumer. Additionally, if the customer returns a defective product to the store, they are responsible for the shipping costs. If the product is found to be defective, the store is obliged to reimburse the customer for the shipping costs. Shipping costs in the event of returning a defective product are borne by the customer.
In cases where products are returned damaged or incomplete, the company has the right to seek compensation from the customer. The amount will be determined by the condition of the products, and the company reserves the right to unilaterally settle the full or partial amount of its claim against the customer.
Return to our physical shop
In this case, you can visit our store with the product, and after the condition of the product is checked by the relevant staff member, they will guide you further.
Return via courier
You pack the product in its original or equivalent packaging.
You include a document in the package specifying how you wish to resolve the financial matter, provided that the product is deemed suitable for return.
You dispatch the parcel via the courier service from which you received your order. Please note that return costs are borne by the company in the event of a shipping error or defective product, while in the case of unjustified withdrawal within the aforementioned time limits, the customer bears the costs.
