Use similar packaging to ensure that the product you want to send remains protected during shipment.
Depending on the product, you have the option to return it within 15 days. Products that have been cut to the customer’s desired dimensions are not eligible for return. Send us an email at info[at]opersis.gr with the details of your original order as well as your personal information, and we will guide you through the return process.
Once we receive and inspect your product, the initial amount will be refunded to you.
The return and refund process is easy and quick. It takes approximately 3-6 days for the product to be returned to our warehouses. Once we receive it, the relevant department checks to ensure that the product has been returned in the condition we sent it to you.
Once the return process is complete, we will send a confirmation and a return receipt to your email address.
The refund process starts immediately and usually completes within 1-3 business days after you receive the return receipt, depending on the payment method you chose.
