Products are delivered free of charge within Greece for orders over 79€ and to the address you have provided within 10 days by courier or transport company. You can also collect your orders from our physical stores: 28 Ethnikis Antistaseos, Chalandri, 15232, or 45 Marathonos Avenue, Anoixi, 14569. Terms and conditions apply for large volume and/or heavy weight products.
Our company fully covers the shipping costs for orders within Greece exceeding 79€. For purchases below 79€, there is a shipping fee of 5€. In the case of selecting cash on delivery as the payment method, the cash on delivery fee is free.

We cooperate with ELTA courier company for deliveries. For orders within Attica, in some cases, there is also the option of delivery by our own drivers.
For orders weighing over 15 kilograms and for large packages exceeding 160 centimeters in length, the order is shipped with a transport company. Our company covers the cost of transportation to the shipping agency’s warehouses, and then, upon agreement, the product is delivered to the address you have specified. In this case, the transportation charges from the transport company to the recipient’s address are charged to the recipient.
Finally, in the above case, cash on delivery does not apply.
All rugs we provide are packaged with care, taking into account the instructions and limitations of each shipping company. This means that, depending on the size of the rug and the carrier chosen, the rug can be packaged either rolled or folded.
The packaging material we use is of high quality and durable. Smaller rugs and runners are carefully rolled, while the packaging is sealed at the edges with strong plastic straps and taped carefully with special tape to protect against moisture ingress.
Yes! As soon as your order leaves our warehouses, we will send you the tracking voucher number and the relevant link to the email address you provided during your order, so you can track the shipment at any time.
When the driver arrives at your door to deliver your order, make sure that your product is intact before signing the relevant receipt document.
In case your order suffers damage during transportation, it is essential to immediately inform the driver so that the damage can be recorded on the delivery note upon receipt. Then, please contact our Customer Service, detailing the problem and attaching photographic material depicting the damage and the condition of the packaging.
